Please read the following TERMS  &  CONDITIONS before completing the registration form.

1. Adult Class offerings are as follows (beginning March 6, 2023):

   1. Recreational Tap: Mondays 6:30 - 7:30pm
   2. Dance Fitness (Stretch & Tone): Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm
   3. Virtual Dance Fitness (Panther Valley School District only): Tuesdays 3:20 - 4:20pm

2. Classes are $40/month.

3. Tuition for the month will be due in full at the beginning of each month. Tuition will not be pro-rated should a participant be absent from class.

4. Please be sure to bring a pair of tap shoes/clean-bottom sneakers and wear form-fitting clothing that you are able to fully stretch and move in.

5. The Brown Initiative, its owners/staff, or any of its partners or constituents (including Panther Valley School District or St. Luke's Health System) are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

6. Participants agree not to hold The Brown Initiative, its owners/staff, or any of its partners or constituents (including Panther Valley School District or St. Luke's Health System) responsible for any injuries, etc. inflicted during classes.

7. NO DRAMA. LOVE, RESPECT, AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER ALWAYS.
